Senior Programme Manager/Director

Your new company
You will be working with a well-known organisation who are based in Northampton 2 days a week. The rate is £725 per day inside IR35 and a contract length between 3-6 months.

My clients are ideally looking for an experienced Programme Manager/Director who is from a financial services background. Some key details about the role are below.

Experienced Programme Manager (can manage Business, Tech & Change Teams in a controlled environment)Has worked on distressed projects and can turn around deliveryAdept stakeholder manager, can influence senior stakeholders to drive clear vision, objectives, scope and plansCan compile materials and run senior governance forums (autonomously)Attention to detail on plans, raids, status and reducing execution risk managementCan manage all aspects of programme budgets and plans (3 years)Comfortable with both agile and waterfall delivery, including a hybrid approachCollaborator, promotes a speaking-up culture, is empathetic and gets the most out of the Team and stakeholdersTeam player, adept at motivating the team and building positive momentumFlexible i.e. can adapt to the environment, changes to direction, etcCan contribute and help to drive high performance across the teamDeep experience working in Financial ServicesPreferably experience with new product approval initiatives in Financial Services
