Job Description
Role: Junior Customer Account Manager
Location: Outskirt of Cambridge CB23
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (OFFICE BASED)
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum + quarterly bonus

Duties:
* Communicating with existing customers to keep them informed about current offers and company news.
* Communicating with customers to encourage sales for the company and to nurture/build relationships.
* Answering customer queries promptly and accurately.
* Managing customer expectations.
* Identifying customer needs to result in effective solutions.
* Processing orders and taking payments
* Maintaining and updating customer records on the company database.
* Processing new customer account registrations.
* Undertaking other duties as required within a busy office environment.
* Assisting field sales

* Good attention to detail.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
* Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
* Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with clients
* Good problem-solving skills
* Committed and hard-working with a flexible approach
