Head of Client Delivery
Location: London (Hybrid - 1-2 Days On-Site)
Salary: Up to £120,000 (DOE)

We are working with a successful and growing B2B software house in the heart of London, delivering cutting-edge software solutions to a diverse range of clients. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a talented Head of Client Delivery to join their leadership team and ensure the successful delivery of high-value projects to their clients.
Key Requirements:
7+ years of experience in client delivery, ideally within a B2B software environment.
Proven leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring the seamless delivery of complex projects.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Desirable:
Experience in the SaaS industry or working within highly regulated sectors.
Track record of managing multiple large-scale clients in both public and private sectors.
Role Overview:
As Head of Client Delivery, you will take charge of the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Your main responsibilities will include:
Leading and mentoring a team of delivery managers and ensuring the continuous improvement of client-facing operations.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that client needs are understood and met.
Developing strategic delivery plans that align with business goals and client expectations.
Troubleshooting delivery challenges and driving efficient problem-solving processes.
Collaborating closely with the software development and product teams to drive innovation and delivery excellence.
