Commercial Assistant

We are working with a National residential Developer that seeks a Buying Assistant on a temporary basis (could lead to permanent role). You will be assisting the buyers on multiple lives sites and their daily duties of procurement to these, ideally you will have/be:

• Sent out remittances
• File invoices from an inbox
• Taking meeting minutes
• Covering reception for 1-2 days
• Managing insurances, self billing renewals with group finance
• Manage commercial client extras and raise orders on coins
