You will be supporting the improvement of our business efficiency by providing day to day support and administration for MS Dynamics 365 and our other business systems. This role will have accountability for the integrity of our business data

Management reportingusing CRM dashboards and Power BI

Involvement in user acceptance testing, user training and development of associated training materials. Assisting our Business Analyst, with the analysis of internal processes, aligning them with the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics and associated tools.

Salary up to £50,000 DOE

25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays

Optional Hybrid working (3 days a week in Reigate)

Other organisations may call this role Systems Analyst (Dynamics 365), Microsoft Dynamics Specialist, Dynamics Administrator, Business Systems Administrator or ERP Administrator.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a logical problem solver with:

• • 3 years of exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ability to implement small changes and customisations

  • The ability to create reports using Power BI, Dashboards, Advanced Find & Report Builder (SSRS)

  • Experience working with cross functional teams including Project management and software development

  • The ability to identify and implement process improvements and process optimisation

  • Experience in digital transformation change management

  • Any knowledge of Union Street aBILLity, Hubspot, is desirable
