Are you a Building Surveyor or similar from a Construction background, looking for a technical role within a well-established BIM outsourcing company, offering the chance to work on dynamic commercial projects across the UK and to continually progress your career?

This company are a well-established BIM and Surveying outsourcer who work on varied construction projects within the commercial industry. They have been operating for 20+ years and are now looking to expand their friendly team to help with their ongoing goals of growth.

In this role you will be responsible for establishing control networks, setting up and operating surveying hardware, processing surveying data and producing finished AutoCAD drawings using Revit and 3D rhino for land, topographical and measured building surveys. You will work 37.5 hours a week, managing your own time through hybrid work and travelling across various sites in the UK.

This role would suit a Building Surveyor or similar from a Construction background, looking for the opportunity to further their skills and work on dynamic projects within this well-established company.

The Role:

• Work on varied Commercial projects
• Preparing Quotations
• Reading and producing AutoCAD drawings
• Processing surveying data
• Hybrid role with site travel to projects nationwide

The Person:

• Building Surveyor or similar
• Construction background
• Full Driving Licence - happy to travel
• Commutable to Manchester
