In this role, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating M&E systems for various projects across the UK.
The Role:
Lead the design of mechanical and electrical systems for a variety of projects.
Create comprehensive M&E plans, specifications, and timelines.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other key players to ensure smooth system integration.
Conduct site evaluations and offer technical assistance throughout the construction process.
Mentor and support junior CAD designers and engineers.
Hybrid, flexible workingThe Person:
Experienced CAD Technician, proficient in M&E design software such as AutoCAD.
Must have experience in Revit.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
