Exciting Role for a Creative Graphic Designer! East Midlands
Are you a talented and detail-oriented Creative Artwork/Graphic Design specialist looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic Packaging environment? Creative Freedom: This position allows you to creatively build fully branded and retailer-compliant artworks, ensuring your artistic vision is realised accurately and efficiently.
Collaboration: Engage with the Design team on structural CAD drawings and be involved in initial concept meetings to satisfy project requirements and gain client approval.
Leadership: Manage the artwork approval workflow from sign-off to print and production, becoming the key point of contact for Production with digital presses.
Professional Development: Produce competent sketches for client approval and generate polished visuals for PowerPoint presentations, enhancing your portfolio and skill set.
Supportive Environment: Work closely with the packaging repro team and adhere to the agency's values of Authenticity, Integrity, and Respect (AIR).
Key Responsibilities:
* Creatively build branded and compliant artworks.
* Manage artwork approval workflow.
* Liaise with the Design team on CAD drawings.
* Participate in concept meetings and produce client-approved sketches.
* Generate artwork solutions for presentations.
* Support the packaging repro team as required.
General Responsibilities:
* Adhere to company rules and working conditions as outlined in the Employees Handbook.
* Maintain a positive mindset and communicate effectively with colleagues.
* Complete tasks with the highest attention to detail.
* Engage in Health and Safety requirements and utilise available systems.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Proficiency with Adobe CC Suite, Artios, C4D, and Microsoft Suite on a PC platform.
* Ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, meeting deadlines and priorities.
* Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to judge the appropriate communication method for different situations.

Remuneration
