The opportunity has arisen to join an industry leader in UK’s & Ireland’s Building Services sector. Our client design, develop and deliver a wide range of offsite-prefabricated, innovative, and sustainable building service solutions throughout the UK & Europe.
With over 17 years of experience within the Commercial Offsite Fabrication industry, our client has established themselves as a market leader in this sector.
Located centrally between Dublin and Belfast our 8.5 acre Head Office
They employ a strong team of design engineers, CAD technicians, contracts managers and skilled trades personnel who utilise their vast industry experience to assist in the design, fabrication and delivery of our bespoke MEP solutions, which we supply throughout the UK and Ireland.

Role Overview: Reporting to Head of Warehouse & Logistics
Due to our ongoing growth, we are seeking to integrate a Fleet Manager who will play a pivotal role in optimising the operation of our company’s fleet across multiple locations. This includes our headquarters in Banbridge, as well as our sites in Glasgow and Inverness in Scotland, Birmingham in England, and Frankfurt in Germany. Their fleet comprises over 40 vehicles, including two lorries, seventeen vans, various company cars, ten forklifts, and a telehandler. The Fleet Manager will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations across these diverse locations.
Essential Criteria
Minimum of 3 years in fleet management/operations on a fleet of 40+ vehicles.
Demonstrated experience managing a diverse fleet of vehicles.
Familiarity with fleet management software and telematics systems.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair protocols.
In-depth understanding of transportation regulations and compliance standards.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
Experience in budget management and cost control for fleet operations.
Ability to identify and implement cost-saving measures.
Awareness of health and safety regulations in fleet operations.
Full UK Driving Licence
