Job Description
Astute's Renewables team is exclusively partnering with a leader in renewable energy, spanning across the Solar and EV Charging sectors. We're supporting them to recruit a Planning and Monitoring Coordinator out of their office near Swindon.
The role is key for the smooth day to day running of a field-based workforce and comes with a salary up to £36,000 depending on experience, plus a great package.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Head of Planning you will:
Be responsible for the monitoring of the operational status of their assets
Scheduling resources and the field engineers/technicians to attend any issues with the EV chargers, region by region
Maintain and manage the asset management and pre-planned maintenance schedule
Be responsible for prioritising jobs and to resolve issues as quickly as possible
Logging all activities on the internal CRM and portal systems
Investigating error codes using internal resources to report back to the field team
Rasing job tickets and ensuring each job is completed, adhering to the contractual obligations
Schedule external contractors to do field work as and when required
Logging and managing the movement of stock through the system
Being hands on with any spares and stock movement should you be required
All related admin works to do with raising work orders, POs, reports & inventory
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
Previous experience in a similar, highly organised and fast-paced role
Experience ensuring jobs and completed to a contractual standard is desired
Knowledge of Solar, EV charging or Battery Storage is preferred but not essential
Experience ysing Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel and Power BI is hugely advantageous
Personal skills
The Planning and Monitoring Coordinator role would suit someone who is:
Very organised and is very meticulous
Capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced role
Agile
Computer savvy and able to use numerous portals and switch between them with ease
