In this role, youll work towards yourLevel 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• General helpdesk support, answering customer queries and escalating
• Remote access support, password resets etc
• Logging tickets and handling enquires promptly
• Handling hardware and software issues

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

• £12,400 Per annum
• Monday Friday, Shift pattern (7:30 - 4:30) (8:30 - 17:00) (9:30 - 18:00)
• 23 days holidays plus 8 bank holidays
• Training bonus for relevant qualifications/certifications
