Position: Electrical Mate - Solar Energy
* Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
* Fully funded training course!
* Location: Various sites across the region
* Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist qualified electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar PV systems
* Undertake basic electrical tasks, including cable routing, panel mounting, and system testing
* Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company guidelines
* Help to deliver projects efficiently and to the highest standards
About You:
* Previous experience as an electrical mate or in a similar electrical role
* Interest or experience in solar energy and renewable technologies
* Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
Requirements:
* Genuine interest and passion to develop your career.
* ECS/CSCS card is preferred
* Full UK driving licence
* Willingness to travel to different sites as required
