Master Data Manager

Role:

• Lead, mentor and coach a small team of Analysts
• Develop and enforce data governance policies and standards
• Define data quality procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
• Monitor and analyse master data related KPIs/ metrics
• Ensure data processes support business requirements
• Master data compliance with regulations and industry standards
• Identify and mitigate risks with the data environment
• Responsible for master data governance framework

Experience to succeed:

• Minimum 4 years working in a Master Data related role
• Worked at enterprise level
• Successfully led and coached a team of Analysts
• Proven experience scoping and implementing data governance processes
• Worked with SAP / S/4 HANA data management
• Experience working in a Shared Service Centre / Global function
• Able to communicate with non-technical people with ease
