National Recruitment Account Manager

Barker Ross is looking for National Recruitment Account Manager based at our Nottingham City Centre branch.

Salary: £30k + commission + car allowance

Hours: 08.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday with on-call during weekends

This role is for a self-motivated Account Manager who is able to hit the ground running, with a complimentary attitude towards service, assisting in managing the customer relationship at all levels. The successful candidate must have the ability to build positive relationship that ensure our customer feels valued and be able to objectively deal with any issues that may occur.

Key responsibilities :

• Achieving key sales targets with existing customers
• Customer retention and reporting to Senior Account Managers
• Attend sites across the UK for inductions/regular review meetings
• Report KPI's weekly
• Issue resolution
• Day to day running of contract
• Updating personnel records
• Using social media to advertise for new candidates
• Interviewing candidates who are looking for work
• Assisting candidates through assessments and client inductions on site
• Answering incoming telephone calls
• Learning and assisting with worker compliance (eligibility to work)

Licence/Certification:

• Full UK Driving licence (required)
