An NHS Organisation in the South East are looking for a Change and Communications Consultant to support on a large scale office refurbishment project. The role focuses on ensuring smooth transitions, engaging stakeholders, and managing change-related communications, training materials, policy updates and user engagement.

Daily rate: £350-£400 - Outside IR35

Duration: 6 months

Location: South East

Working time: 3-4 days per week part time

On site arrangements: 2 days on site - non negotiable

Your duties will include:

• Develop and execute a change management plan to address the office refurbishment
• Design and deliver a communication strategy that keeps employees informed of office refurbishment updates and any changes to hybrid working policies
• Tailor messages to different stakeholder groups (e.g., employees, unions, leadership) through appropriate channels such as newsletters, emails, town halls, intranet updates, progress photos and team briefings
• Develop comprehensive training materials to assist staff with new office policies and procedures (e.g., building user guides, locker policies, using equipment at desks, raising faults, desk and car park booking, meeting room booking, hot desk policies, team charters, office etiquette, etc.)
• Collaborate with HR, leadership, unions, and other stakeholders to update or create policies relating to the new office environment and hybrid working arrangements

The successful candidate MUST:

• Have experience in change communications, ideally within Healthcare
• Be experienced in change comms for an office refurbishment
