Looking for a performance marketing guru to join a really exciting team. These guys are in the fashion retail space and you'll play a pivotal role in shaping their digital strategy and driving customer acquisition. You'll spearhead their paid media efforts, overseeing a multi-channel strategy that delivers results. You'll collaborate with their Ecommerce and Marketing teams to optimise performance, ensuring they remain a leading equestrian brand.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a scalable customer acquisition strategy.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets.
• Oversee external agency partners.
• Collaborate with teams for creative asset development.
• Analyse data to drive performance and optimization.
• Create comprehensive reports on ROI, campaign performance, and website traffic.
