Job Description
My client is a forward-thinking global manufacturer of semiconductor products. They are now seeking their next Customer Quality Engineer to advocate for our clients across Europe, ensuring top-notch quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities for the Customer Quality Engineer:
- Manage and resolve customer claims efficiently, from initial containment to final resolution.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, providing ongoing support and updates.
- Lead customer audits and site visits, and address packaging-related quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with customer and internal quality standards, and manage non-conforming materials.
Key Requirements for the Customer Quality Engineer:
- Degree in semiconductor manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of semiconductor products, qualification processes, and quality standards (e.g., JEDEC, ISO 9001).
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service focus.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages like German or Mandarin are a plus.
