This growing leader in the beauty industry is looking for a Paid Social Manager to spearhead the launch of their paid social strategy. With the highest traffic in its category, this is an exciting moment to join their team as they expand their marketing efforts into paid social channels.

The business currently generates £10M in turnover, has built strong partnerships with key retailers, and is led by a founder with a proven track record, having scaled their previous venture to an impressive £400M turnover.

As part of an agile team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to take full ownership of the social strategy, starting with META and TikTok. As the channel grows, so will the opportunity to broaden your remit across platforms and budgets.

About You:

• 2-3 years of experience in paid social, specifically working with META and TikTok.
• Proven track record managing six-figure budgets.
• Comfortable being an individual contributor for the foreseeable future—you’ll have the autonomy to develop and shape this channel, with team growth dependent on its success.
• Ideally -you're either a Paid Social Manager in a D2C or retail brand within the fashion or beauty/cosmetics industry, or you’re working in an agency managing D2C/retail clients in these sectors.
• OR if your background is outside these areas, you’ll be considered if you can demonstrate a strong passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry and work in a D2C/ Retail brand or work with clients in these sectors.
• You should be able to showcase how you've successfully developed and scaled social channels in the past.
