We’re looking for passionate, caring & experienced people to join our Digital Care team in our Newcastle office! We are offering a fantastic opportunity to work on behalf of a leading provider of mobile and broadband services.

  • Excellent salary of £23,878 with bonus earning opportunities!
  • Role is site based - The Rocket, Stephenson Quarter, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 3SA
  • Rotational Shift pattern. You will work 40 hrs. per week between the hours of 8am-8pm (Mon-Sun)

As a Customer Service Advisor, no day is the same. You’ll have the opportunity to diversify your experience in the industry by dealing with a range of issues and queries from our customers. You will be responding to customer letters, emails & inbound calls dealing with queries such as bill queries, account changes, general support & complaints.

You’ll dive into engaging, diverse conversations with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and needs and positively guide them through service excellence.
