What does a great Recruitment Programme Manager - Projects and Process Improvement do?


You'll be at the forefront of our data-driven HR initiatives, leading projects that enhance our talent processes and providing crucial insights across all areas of human capital management. We'll need you to leverage your analytical skills, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of HR data to support our growth and decision-making. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics, providing data-driven insights to optimize processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Lead and coordinate Talent and HR analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensive workforce analytics to support strategic HR decisions, including developing predictive models for employee retention, performance, and engagement.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of global statutory reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with various international regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new HR technologies and processes that enhance data collection and analysis capabilities.
  • Create and present analytical reports and visualizations for executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making across all aspects of human capital management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, using data to guide decisions on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.


What we look for/who would prosper in this role?

  • Educated or experienced in Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in HR analytics, talent, or a related field, with exposure to global HR data management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems, as well as data integration across multiple HR platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modelling techniques applicable to various HR functions.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, SPSS).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations across all areas of human capital management.
  • Understanding of global HR practices and statutory reporting requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Other relevant HR certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with machine learning and AI applications in HR is highly desirable.
  • Ability to influence and attain credibility with leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent relationship building skills with a good understanding of different cultures and how to work with them to deliver results.
  • A team player with a relentless desire to win and drive innovation in HR practices.
