Are you ready to make a significant impact in a leading global snacks company? Due to an internal promotion they are looking for a talented Senior Commercial Finance Manager to take ownership of a £300m+ brand.

Working on household brands across the full UK retail market you will be at the forefront of innovation. You'll be responsible for ensuring that large innovation and marketing spends are allocated effectively, partnering closely with Brand and Innovation teams to ultimately deliver the GP for the brand.

Reporting into a highly experience Finance Director you will be given a lot of autonomy to manage your business and workload as you see fit. You will interact with a talent brand team, as well as NRM and the wider finance team.

This role is highly strategic, looking 12 - 24 months in the future, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth. You will be fully qualified (CIMA, ACA, ACCA). You'll be highly numerate, have high expectations for yourself and be direct and confident with your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Marketing Directors to define brand strategy and investment opportunities for long-term growth.
• Analyse promotions, pricing, and pack architecture to enhance value for both the brand and retailers.
• Provide outstanding financial management through performance planning and forecasting.
• Guide Brand Managers in constructing robust Brand Strategies aligned with business goals.
• Maintain clarity on business performance by analysing trends, profitability, and competitive influences.
• Develop comprehensive business cases for innovation and marketing activation, ensuring they meet financial benchmarks.
• Challenge and provide strategic insights based on data to support business plans.
• Design and manage best-in-class tools for effective analysis and decision-making.
• Evaluate innovation plans to identify margin-enhancing opportunities.
• Lead commercial upskilling initiatives, fostering a culture of agile decision-making.

Essential:

• Proven FMCG Commercial Finance experience post-qualification.
• Strong passion for Commercial Finance with the ability to communicate performance trends effectively.
• Positive demeanour with a desire to challenge the status quo and drive improvement.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
• Strong financial acumen and business savvy.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA).
