The Role


As a Customer Success Specialist, you will support our clients in setting up and managing their mobile apps, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing satisfaction. You will be their primary point of contact, helping optimise the app's performance and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. The role is a unique and exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a new department where your contributions will have a significant impact from day one. If you're eager to develop your career in Customer Success/Account management, this is the perfect role for you.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and customer relation skills
  • A customer-centric mindset. You’ll act as an advocate for the client, addressing any concerns or issues promptly, and coordinating with internal teams to find solutions
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics and data relevant to the client's goals
  • Organisational skills to handle multiple priorities
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a tech environment



Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn the Venn Apps platform in-depth to provide excellent support
  • Manage support requests end-to-end via Intercom, Slack, and email
  • Run virtual meetings with clients and educate them on our platform
  • Expand the resources available to clients by creating best-practice materials
  • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene to proactively identify at-risk customers and opportunities for expansion
