Housing Development Project Manager

I am currently recruiting a 3 - 6 month temporary assignment with potential extenstion dependent on programme funding, for my Local Authority client based in North West England.

The candidate will need to have previous exposure working at either a Local Authority or Registered Provider setting.

The programmes will be delivery focused, managing on-site construction of new homes and ensuring high quality standards through client-side project managment. You will also identify and assess new development opportunities and oversee pre-contract activities including consultant procurement and appointment.

In respect of stakeholder management, you will maintain and develop strong relationships with internal teams and ensure a smooth transition of new homes to management.
