Fella & Jones are delighted to be partnered with this luxury fashion brand in the search of a Head Of Human Resources/HR Director.

Reporting into the Chief People officer, you will be an operationally sound HR professional and will have strong experience across the following

• Ensuring effective talent attraction & acquisition across all Head office positions including leading the talent review and succession planning process .
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to advise and support with the annual performance appraisal and compensation review processes.
• Advise and support line managers on all HR related matters including employment law and employee related issues whilst ensuring a great employee experience
• Stakeholder partnering across Creative & Commercial functions
• Leading all HQ employee engagement initiatives
• Plan develop and deliver effective training courses.
• Planning and implement initiatives to drive and maintain a culture of excellent employee relations and communications.

The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre and CIPD qualified with extensive HR experience preferably gained within a fast paced commercial environment whilst luxury retail experience would be advantageous it is not essential. You will have extensive recruitment and employee relations experience and ideally, previous line management experience with the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.

This is a strategic yet hands on generalist HR role, where you will be able to make an impactful contribution to the brands global HR function. In return, you can expect to work in a highly autonomous and varied environment with scope of developing your professional HR career.
