Senior Software Developer - Leading Retailer - Up to £80,000 - Hybrid working (London-based Office)

A new exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior software developer to join a leading retailer who is looking for a tech-passionate individual to join their team.

As they continue to use tech to make a difference to their customer base, they are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working individual who has a passion for software development and searches for any opportunity to make improvements to the SDLC.

Responsibilities:

• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code in a fast-moving environment
• Work alongside an expert team that strives to deliver high-quality software for innovative projects
• Contribute to architectural and system design decisions
• Provide coaching and mentorship to more junior members of the team
• Working across all aspects of the SDLC

About you:

• 6+ years experience working with C#, and .Net (with experience in the later versions of .NET more recently)
• Experience working within cloud environments (ideally azure)
• Experience and passion for unit testing
• Strong experience in developing API integrations
• Experience with continuous integration and deployments
• Extensive experience working closely with teams across the business

Desirable:

• Experience with TDD
• Experience working on greenfield projects
• Experience working with different stakeholders
