We have 12 retail stores and we also do wholesale.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Baker at Grouts The Bakers in Canvey Island. The Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, following recipes, and ensuring quality and freshness of products.

Qualifications

• Experience in baking and pastry techniques
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and creativity in decorating baked goods
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy trays
• must be based in Essex
