Job Description

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate advocates of Learning SPACE.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Working with our developers to improve our CRM and communications systems


Qualifications

  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • A history or knowledge of ASD is very important here.
  • Preferable job history within teacher or a child focused role


We are looking for someone who wants to stay commited to a role for a number of years.

Location is important and we require someone local to Omagh or the surrounding areas. English, spoken and written must be proficient
