Architect/ Senior Architect

Job Description: This practice is expanding and seeking a talented Architect to join Bristol's experienced and growing Architectural team. In this role, you will work on projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, education, industrial, healthcare and retail.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies and develop design proposals for review
• Collaborate with other members of the design team and coordinate their output
• Ensure design proposals adhere to the latest building regulations and technical standards
• Approach problem-solving with a practical and methodical mindset, working within budgets and deadlines
• Conduct on-site inspections of building work
• Work autonomously, designing and delivering projects with minimal supervision

Experience and Skills Required:

• Strong design and technical skills
• Proficiency in 3D visualization
• Previous experience on complex buildings would be great
• Design leadership, capable of leading multidisciplinary design teams
• Significant post-qualification experience in a similar role
• Experience in running projects within commercial, healthcare, and/or retail sectors
• Ability to prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals
• Knowledge of UK best practice standards
• Proficiency in Revit is essential for the role (please include example projects using Revit and BIM software in your application)
