We are working with an exciting client in scaling phase providing Hardware and Software solutions to ensure lone workers across a number of verticals to ensure that all employees who are working alone, anywhere in the world, are safe, connected, and confident.

The Role:

• You will be the first point of contact for valued customers,
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Responding to customer enquiries
• Answering calls, troubleshooting minor technical issues, addressing product-related questions.
• Delivering a top notch service that reflects the commitment to safety, innovation, and excellence
