T and C supervisor Financial Planning

Eden Scott are currently looking for a T and C supervisor Financial Planning to join one of the UK's award winning benefit companies. This is a great opportunity to develop existing and new skills, as well as expand your knowledge and experience. You will be responsible for supporting the development of the financial planning team and implementation of the Training & Competency Framework. Responsibilities:

The right candidate will be responsible for a broad range of tasks and services.

Carry out and oversee our training and competency program, including the development and delivery of training for advisers and ongoing professional development.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new financial planners, ensuring a smooth transition into our organisation.
Perform regular supervision of financial planners to maintain and enhance their competencies.
Organise and support training sessions focused on regulatory compliance and best practices.
Deliver constructive coaching and feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Monitor and report on training and competency metrics, including adviser KPIs.
Staying informed about regulatory and technical advancements

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have Level 4 or working towards this, regulatory compliance experience in a retail advice environment, experience in FCA/AML regulatory environment and reporting, knowledge of internal audit procedures and practices excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
