ContrOCC Specialist
Huntingdon
£450 per day (umbrella)
Part Time Contract (3 Months)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a ContrOCC Specialist in Huntingdon. This is a contract with a scope for extension working part time hours.
The job:
* Engage with the business teams to agree finance gaps and technical issues to be addressed, understand what financial transactions are not being processed through Liquidlogic/ContrOCC (i.e. those held in spreadsheets or paid directly with ERP)
* Identify a programme of works to develop and improve the financial processes between Liquidlogic and ContrOCC to support the scheme of financial management
* Identify reports that can be enabled for the organisation to forecast spend and monitor impact on budgets.
* Ensure issues are raised in the relevant call logging systems in a timely manner for resolution
The candidate:
* ContrOCC knowledge (understand all the key features and how to process and monitoring financial transactions)
* Liquidlogic knowledge (how placements and other costed activities should be recorded)
* Public sector experience is desirable
