Customer Service Advisor - Part Time

The role of the Customer Service Advisor will be to assist customers who are contacting you regarding their current subscription, answer any questions they may have and amend as and when required.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

* Answering inbound calls and emails
* Answer customer queries
* Resolve any customer issues to the best you can
* Liaise with internal and external departments where required

In return, the Customer Service Advisor will receive:

* The pro-rata salary annually for this would be either 9,817.60 (16 hours) or 14,726.40 (24 hours) or anywhere in between.
* Part-Time: Must be able to work Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday between 9-5:30pm (16-24 hours per week), flexible start times
* Must commit to full time training Monday to Friday 9 am to 5pm for 2 weeks
* Excellent training
* Central office location based in Glasgow city.

About you

In order to be considered for the role of Customer Service Advisor, the successful candidate will have good customer service experience from a call/contact centre environment or retail.
