Job Description
Picks up litter on grounds and waters lawn, shrubs and flowers as needed.
Maintains watering and drainage systems.
Assists in inventory control and upkeep of all grounds equipment and supplies.
One to three months related on the job experience or training.
Must be well organized and a self-starter who can work efficiently with little supervision.
Perform general maintenance repair tasks professionally without endangering yourself, residents or fellow associates
carrying of moderate items such as papers, boxes, event items, collateral, books, small parts; The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which include working outdoors in temperatures above 90 degrees or below 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
