Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Develop and document User Stories, to-be process flows and work collaboratively with development team to design a solution that will meet the business requirements and fulfill user stories
Design solutions with maximum usability while minimizing complex code and customization.
Develop wireframes or prototypes based on business input/requirements to visualize concepts and to produce requirements for development.
Own functional specifications and serve as a functional expert with a deep understanding of business needs on product capabilities by defining business requirements, performing quality assurance & define reporting and alerting requirements. Own and develop day to day relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance integration as well as establish a deep understanding of our customers' business and functional needs. Provide product expertise in regard to functional needs and processes
Conduct business process/systems analysis through user story workshops
Understand the structure, policies and operations of an organization to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals
Participate in user requirement sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and technical solutions

Handle and implements third-party integrations and trouble-shoots any issues with vendors/partners and applications as they arise.
Collaborate with development team to test that solutions will meet the business requirements
Develop and creates advanced-level customized reports and dashboards.
Develop and maintain documentation related to system functions and use
Provide ongoing production support, including responding to user issues, collaborating with the technical team to analyze and resolve reported system issues, and communicating the resolution of issues to the departments.
Document use cases, business/system/functional requirements, requirements traceability matrix and test cases.
Work closely with IT and business teams as part of the development, unit and UAT testing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field i.e. Science, Technology, Engineering or Math. 4+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
5-7 years' experience with documentation of business and functional requirements
Experience with eligibility, enrollment, and investment tracking workflows
Strong oral and written communication skills
Self-driven and have demonstrated the ability to work independently with minimum guidance
Demonstrated multitasking ability, problem solving skills and a consistent record of on time delivery and customer service
Strong analytical ability
Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite
Good understanding of technology platforms and ability to explain technical concepts to the business users in the context of business requirements.
Knowledgeable about techniques to effectively elicit requirements from end-users, individually or as a group (e.g. JAD sessions, prototyping, etc.)
Preferred:
Experience working in the utility or energy efficiency area is preferred
Experience with CRM, analytics, billing and accounting platforms preferred
**3rd party and subcontract staffing agencies are not eligible for partnership on this position. 3rd party subcontractors need not apply.
