Job Introduction

We are recruiting for a Senior Community Manager to join our Rapport team, based at our Client's amazing portfolio of buildings in Paddington. Our Client offers flexible office solutions with a strong emphasis on sustainability and community, highlighted by bright, collaborative areas and modern amenities.

The Senior Community Manager will be responsible for the occupied customer floors and vacant space, and will be the primary point of contact for all customers situated on their allocated floors/buildings. You will embody the spirit of a brand ambassador, representing our values and mission.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Main responsibilities

  • Creating a collaborative community environment and act as main point of contact for all Client's customers, support services and related stakeholders
  • Participating and/or assisting with organising wider community engagements/events/projects
  • Supporting the Project Manager and managing customer onboarding and offboarding process and services
  • Developing strong working relationships with all departments to ensure a smooth and professional service is offered to the the Client and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring the correct H&S procedures are followed and documented
  • Inspiring, engaging and guiding your team towards the achievement of service excellence
