Our client is a leading provider of specialist product & services for customers. Private Equity backed and an ongoing success story. The business is growing and the opportunity ahead is vast. They are now looking for a Head of HR, who can enable the continuous growth and build a HR strategy of continuing to create a great place to work. The business has a track record of high organic growth. They have over 150 employees, across Head Office, Contact Centre and Supply Chain with ambitions to drive further a high performance culture.

Fun and a great place to work, with an evolving culture, the role of Head of HR will be a critical enabler to deliver the HR strategy and lead the entire employee lifecycle, incuding the review of People policies and procedures, creation of a HR KPI dashboard and the opportunity to build a small HR Team, as the business continues to grow. You will lead the day-to-day HR Operation of the People plan, to attract, retain and develop their people. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Senior leadership team, as a key part of the leadership team, to deliver the business and value creation plans.

This role is a senior generalist HR role accountable for attracting and selecting high quality, diverse candidates for both sales and customer service roles as well as diverse recruitment across business operations functions. This is an opportunity to utilise technical HR expertise, commercial insight, new ideas and innovation to deliver a strategically focused people plan and lead bi-annual engagement surveys. You will focus on all aspects of Talent Acquisition, including Diversity & Inclusion and develop their Employer Brand. In this role you will be responsible for not only the strategic delivery, but also operational excellence areas in all areas of Performance Management, OD and People Development to enable the ambitious growth.

To be considered for this highly visible and critical role, you will be a CIPD qualified, Head of People or Senior HR Business Partner, with a proven track record of success and leadership in high growth SME businesses, coupled with experience of scaling company culture, ideally in a Sales, Supply Chain or Contact centre environment.
