Digital Artworker - Retail

My client a well known retail brand are looking for a junior - midweight Creative Artworker to join the team. You will assist in the development and execution of design concepts, contributing your fresh and innovative ideas to help bring the brand and products to life through digital channels and stores. As a Creative Artworker, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other senior design professionals, learning and growing in a collaborative and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to create visually stunning and effective design solutions.
• Assist in the development of print and digital marketing materials, including but not limited to POS, leaflets, banners, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
• Support UX/UI design projects for the website, creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock- ups to effectively communicate design concepts and user experiences.
• Provide support during the development and implementation phases, collaborating with the ecommerce and developer teams to address design-related challenges and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Help maintain brand consistency by adhering to established design guidelines.
• Contribute to ideation sessions, offering creative input and fresh perspectives.

Key Skills:

• Graphic Design degree or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• An understanding of digital prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Motion skills are a plus but not essential.
• 2+ years design related experience preferable, with experience in retail a plus.
