Amazon Account Manager (Ecommerce)

Location - Hybrid Working, City of London (2 days per week)

Salary - DOE


A Ecommerce services and technology provider driving growth through expert knowledge and cutting-edge tools with award-nominated tech supports global brands, challenger companies, and ambitious start-ups bridging the gap between traditional and digital channels to fuel success in retail media and eCommerce for both Digital agencies and Ecommerce brands


This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Amazon Account Manager looking to make their mark offering full autonomy and accountability within a Ecom consultancy who are revolutionising they way digital agencies and Ecommerce brands approach the Amazon ecosystem utilising their award-nominated proprietary Technology/Tools.


Essential Experience


  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce or retail media, with a focus on the Amazon ecosystem, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Experience in digital marketing or advertising services agencies and Amazon Sponsored Ads & Display advertising.
  • Able to explain complex concepts simply, particularly around Amazon’s ecosystem.
  • Strong account management skills, particularly in managing Amazon-focused clients.
  • Strong experience engaging with clients at all levels, with a proven ability to be a thought leader in Amazon commerce media.
  • In-depth understanding of Amazon platforms (Vendor or Seller Central).
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all decision-making levels and build strategic relationships at senior levels.



About the role


  • Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for client brands, ensuring an exceptional client experience within Acorn-i's portfolio.
  • Advocate for Acorn-i's services and solutions, demonstrating how they can drive success within the Amazon ecosystem and beyond.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the client’s brand, products, and market positioning, particularly regarding their performance on Amazon and other eCommerce channels.
  • Develop and manage strategic quarterly and annual plans that align with client goals and drive growth on Amazon and across eCommerce.
  • Engage regularly with clients, leveraging data and insights to refine strategies and exceed expectations.
  • Navigate the intersection of eRetail and Retail Media, helping clients optimize their performance in the Amazon ecosystem and achieve eCommerce success.
