Job Description
Focus 5 Recruitment are looking to recruit a CRM Project Coordinator to oversee enhancements to the customer database for a leading ecommerce client in Blackpool.
In this role you will support the development of their customer database and communications platform. The projects aim to improve access and use of customer insight/data, ensuring they are always optimising the relevance and content of customer communication.

About the role
* Day to day coordination of system enhancements and build projects. Responsible for ensuring requirements for any developments are clearly captured and the work delivers against the brief
* Ensuring each project has a clear timeline, and is delivered to plan
* You will become a subject matter expert (SME) for their customer data platform, supporting larger scale implementation projects
* You’ll ensure all documentation is accurate and kept updated to date
* As a subject matter expert in the customer data platform you will work with the Communications and Campaigns teams, contributing ideas for how to optimise the platform and data they have
* You’ll support the onboarding of new tools and processes and be responsible for developing documentation and training materials around this to ensure smooth adoption
* You’ll coordinate data analysis for their data consultants
* You’ll support the team with troubleshooting challenges and issues with data reports
Experience required for Project Coordinator role
* Prior experience (1 year +) in project management in a database or system development field
* Understanding of how customer data can help drive a business forward
* Highly organised and efficient with the ability to multitask and prioritise
* Proactive problem solver and solution finder
* Naturally curious, initiative to ask questions, speak up and challenge where necessary
* Experience of working in a fast-paced multi project environment
