Mechanical Design Engineer – (Building Services / MEP)
Central London – Hybrid Working
£40k - £60k – Dept on experience

Consultancy / MEP/ Building Services / Mechanical Design Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer / Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
This role is to join a medium sized specialist practice of building services consultants, they cover sectors including healthcare, education, transport, commercial and retail, and provide complex mechanical and electrical solutions whilst focussing on sustainability.
Mechanical Design Engineer Responsibilities
* Working as part of a friendly collaborative design team delivering detailed designs on a wide variety of projects.
* Working alongside architects and developers, private clients, project managers and major contractors.
* Leading project surveys
* Feasibility studies
* Project design
* Specifications
* On-site supervision
* Contract administration
* Management of mechanical services installations
Experience and Skills Required
* You will be a mechanical design engineer with at least 2-5 years building services design experience.
* Ideally you will have a degree in a relevant subject or accredited building services degree.
* You will have clear communication skills with a willingness and enthusiasm to continue to learn and evolve and be open to help and mentor junior engineers
