Senior Science Technician Wanted

We are looking for a Senior Science Technician to join a vibrant secondary school science department!

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate resources for practical lessons
• ⚖️ Manage stock and equipment, ensuring safety and compliance
• Support teaching staff with experiments, offering technical advice
• Order and maintain inventory
• Clean, maintain, and repair lab equipment
• ‍ Assist student teachers with demonstrations and guidance

What You’ll Need:

• Relevant Science qualification
• ‍ Experience as a technician in a lab environment
• Strong knowledge of health and safety in a school setting (CLEAPSS/COSHH an advantage)
• Great communication skills and the ability to work independently
