Exams and Cover officer

£400 - £600 per week (PAYE - No Umbrella Company)
New Directions are recruiting for an Exams and Cover Officer at one of our partner Secondary schools in Altrincham. The role is to start ASAP and is a temporary position until Christmas in the first instance. The successful candidate will be based in a busy admin office and will be expected to assist the whole team with general admin duties, whilst dealing with cover and helping with exams at school.
As an Exams and Cover officer Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Have excellent communication skills
Be able to build strong relationships with staff
Deal with staff absence/sickness
Speak with agencies and external companies
Help with exams
Input exam data
Report to the cover manager and exams Manager Person Specification
Have experience working within an admin role in a school (Essential)
Have experience with SIMS (Essential)
Strong communication skills
