Job Description
A proactive property and construction consultancy are currently looking for a career-focused Building Surveyor to join their vibrant Bristol team.
The Building Surveyors' role
The successful Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to lead a number of exciting projects across sectors including education, healthcare, science, local authority, office, retail and leisure.
In this role, the Building Surveyor will be an integral part of a close-knit and collaborative team, responsible for delivering professional services such as technical due diligence, dilapidations, defect analysis, party wall and schedule of condition.
The successful Building Surveyor will benefit from a progressive environment, working closely with high-profile clients, providing bespoke services, offering the perfect platform for both professional and personal growth.
The Building Surveyor
The successful Building Surveyor will ideally be a forward-thinking individual, capable of building and developing strong client relationships.
Ideally MRICS qualified or on the APC pathway
Previous consultancy experience is preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWhat's on offer?
£35,000 - £45,000
