Overview of the Role:

* Tenant Liaison Officer

* Salary – £28,000

* Pension

* Holidays: 30 days. 1 additional per year of service, maximum of 5. Buy additional 5

Responsibilities

* Monitoring day to day projects and meeting with residents to ensure their needs are met

* Providing full administrative support to the Operations team e.g., booking appointments for upcoming projects

* Responding to customer queries on planned and reinvestment works, liaising with internal teams as appropriate, anticipating problems and dealing with queries

* Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying shortfalls in service delivery, and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately and within a timely manner

* Handling complaints and resolving housing snagging issues

* Liaising with trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery of projects

* Completion of surveys

* Coordinating & attending joint walk-in surveys with internal and external partners

Essential Skills

* Recent experience within a similar role to Tenant Liaison

* UK driving licence

* Strong administrative skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills allowing you to build relationships

* Excellent attention to detail with a proven ability to prioritise and plan workload

* Proficient in using Microsoft Packages i.e., Word and Excel

* Ability to manage tight deadlines and be flexible to deal with reactive delays

* Calm and professional approach to work both internally and externally.

* Must have IDLR/Full Rights to Work in UK - Sponsorship or Work Permits will not be accepted/ provided.

Desirable Skills

* Knowledge of housing regulations, legislation, and current practices
