Procurement Associate

CK Group are recruiting for a Procurement Associate to join a global healthcare provider to hospitals, clinics and homes, based in Bathgate, on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a part time role for 15 hours per week, 3 hours per day over a 5 day week.

Salary:

Hourly £12.46 - £13.51 PAYE.

Procurement Associate Role:

Reviewing, & responding to e-mail queries, providing stakeholders with timely responses, updates & feedback.
Facilitate and support Inbound and outbound calls.
Maintaining and producing reports associated with Travel transactions, Invoices, & utilizing purchase order spend tools and reporting suites.
Invoice & resolution support associated with travel, corporate card, & global site-specific purchase order processes & transactions.
Your Background:

Have administration experience to a HNC level or equivalent work-related experience.
Proficient PC skill sets & clear understanding of utilizing MS applications.
Working knowledge & experience within a procurement admin function, distinct advantage.
High energy, self-starter and able to multi-task.
Excellent organizational and administrative skillset.
