Job Description

At Responsive Personnel we are excited to be looking for IT Repair Technicians to work with one of our respective clients.

Duties & responsibilities:

* Configuration of devices

* Repair assessments - viewing, identifying the problem and diagnosing fault

* Fault Finding and plan of action to resolve problems

* Fitting of new parts to repair product

* Testing of product to ensure returned to full working order

* These repairs can be across a range of Chromebooks, Laptops, Tablets & Smartphones (Apple & Android)

Key Skills and requirements:

* Previous experience and knowledge of repairs and operating systems is preferred although full on the job training will be given.

* Strong Organisation skills

* Excellent Communication skills

* Teamwork and interpersonal skills

* Computer literate

* Time management skills as deadlines need to be met.

Hours - 08:30 - 16:30. With option overtime available.

Pay - £11.44 - £12.00. Depends on experience

Location - Swindon

Terms - Temp to Perm

Start date - ASAP
