Job Description
Job Title: HR Administrator
Are you a detail-oriented and organised individual with a passion for HR? Do you pride yourself on your problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's team as a HR Administrator.
As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your attention to detail, strong organisation skills, and customer focus will be essential in providing efficient HR services to both employees and managers. You will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, using your excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to deliver exceptional results.
This is initially a temp opportunity with the view to going permanent based on performance.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Manage the HRIS system, including producing reports and analysing data
Process all HR-related employee changes, such as new hires, promotions, and transfers
Conduct weekly inductions for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
Assist in producing employment contracts and other HR-related documentation
Handle employee queries and provide timely and accurate information
Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives
Assist in processing leavers and conducting exit interviews
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to foster teamwork and collaborationWhat You Will Need:
