As a Machine Operator/CNC Setter, you will be responsible for maintaining production targets and delivering high-quality products. Your tasks will include:
Operating CNC machines to produce precise and high-volume parts
Conducting quality checks using advanced measuring equipment
Adhering to health and safety procedures
Collaborating with the team to generate ideas for improvement
Actively participating in your own and others' developmentEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Prior experience in machining (advantageous, but full training provided)
Knowledge of machine tools and metric dimensions
Attention to detail with a high degree of near vision
Ability to maintain precise measurements within +/- 5 microns
Strong team playerDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Experience in a similar roleTechnologies:
CNC machines
