Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is an independent property and construction consultancy with a strong reputation for excellence in cost management and quantity surveying. They are looking to expand their Leeds office with a Senior Quantity Surveyor, focusing on the delivery of retail projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.
Manage contracts and ensure compliance.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Oversee post-contract services, including cost control and final accounts.

Qualifications and Experience:

Previous consultancy experience
MRICS qualified
Previous experience working on retail projects is preferred but not essential
Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.

On offer for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Salary £55,000 - £65,000
26 days annual leave plus public holidays
