Credit Controller

Credit Controller required for an exciting interim opportuntiy with the view to go permanent based in Birmingham City Centre offering an immediate start. SF are working with a well established business with strong flexible & hybrid working policies, to secure a temporary Credit Controller. The successful Credit Controller will be able to hit the ground running, dynamic in adapting to new processes and be confident in achieving results.

You will be responsible for:
Chasing customers by phone and email
Stakeholder relationship management
Reduction of aged debt
Query generation & resolution
Negotiation of payment plans
Full ownership of your own ledger
B2B & B2C outbound activty

You will bring:
2+ Years working in Credit Control/Collections
Tenacious work ethic
Strong attention to detail
Systems experience & strong Excel ability
Excellent verbal communication
